Did you know that rugby sevens is a Olympic sport? You have to score as many tries as possible when you score a try that is 5 points but when you drop kick. That is 2 points if you drop the ball it’s a knock on. Then the ball get’s handed over to the other team.
There are 40 minutes in each round. If you do a high tackle you might get a red card or a yellow. If you get a red card you have to go off the game. But if you get a red card you have to go off the game in full the game is Over.
This year the New Zealand rugby sevens did good especially the female team. The women won New Zealand’s first medal in this year’s Olympics - a silver.
